The job-holder will work with various departments to plan for and manage the progress of new versions of software products.
Duties include but not limited to conducting competitive studies, monitoring new technology and trends that may impact
products, collecting feedback and suggestions from all stakeholders, analyzing product requirements, documenting product
specifications, keeping track of product launch schedule, coordinating beta testing, handling product manuals and packaging,
etc.
Job Specifications
- A relevant diploma or a degree with 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Has good understanding of user psychology, user requirements, user interface
- Project management working experience with web applications knowledge preferred
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Has an eye for details
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to communicate effectively with staff and customers from other countries including China
- Able to travel at short notice as necessary
- Able to work independently and willing to take on challenges
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
