If you had previously encountered an "Unable to load <FlipBook URL>" error while trying to read a FlipBook on the internet, do not worry. We have attached a list of possible reasons as well as their solutions to enhance your online viewing experience. Possibility 1: A required viewer is not installed. In order
to read online FlipBooks, the user will need to have either one of our
full-licensed FlipAlbum or FlipPublisher versions, or the free FlipViewer
software installed on The FlipViewer,
FlipAlbum and FlipPublisher software requires certain components from
Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher for it to function. If you do not already
have Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher installed, you may download the
latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp. The FlipBook
may not launch automatically from certain web-browsers. In such situations,
copy the URL of the online FlipBook, launch your installed copy of FlipAlbum,
FlipPublisher or FlipViewer, and paste the FlipBook URL on the address
bar, or the text field after clicking on the File -> Open Book menu. Please uninstall
the FlipAlbum, FlipPublisher or FlipViewer software on your PC via the
Start -> Control Panel menu, Add or Remove Programs option, and re-install
the software thereafter. You may download a copy of your purchased FlipAlbum
or FlipPublisher product from http://www.flipalbum.com/fulldl.php
by entering your registered email address and Product ID (PID). A copy
of the free FlipViewer software can be downloaded from http://www.flipviewer.com/client/newuser/. |
